- MR-imaging of a brain with contrast from 14.03.2008: in comparison with research from 18.01.2008 of tumour mass size is without dynamics (3,9x3,7x2,9 sm). Increase of cyst component proceeds Inside of Tumour mass. Accumulation of contrast substance is intensive, in cysts the contrast does not collect. Tumour mass pushes cerebral peduncle retroversion. A hypophysis, a funnel, optic chiasm in tumour mass structure is not seen sharply. Median structures of a brain are not displaced. Ventricles are not expanded. Subarachnoid convexital spaces of normal width. Cerebellar tonsil are located normally.
- the positron-emissive tomogram of a brain with 11C-methionine 17.03.2008: on a series of tomograms (15 cuts) the large centre of pathologically heightened accumulation radiopharmaceutical (IN=2,2) is registered supracellarly with the sizes of 23x30x23 mm, its localization corresponds to a big part of trumour, revealed on MRI. The centres of the maximum accumulation 11C -methionine occupy half of total tumour volume. At upper-back poles of the described part of a tumour аmetabolic centre of the wrong form is defined. It is coinciding by position with tumour cyst revealed on MR-I.
Investigation from 26.05.2008 is being carried. At МR-image - the increase of a tumour sizes to 4,6x2,9x4,1 cm (in March 3,7x2,9x3,5) is revealed. Considering increase in the sizes of tumour, absence of the histologic diagnosis, the patient goes for consultation to the neurosurgeon.
